GLM Dance Studio offers vibrant and welcoming dance classes in a variety of styles for all ages and experience levels. With an impressive class range, graded syllabi work, cutting edge choreography and optional exams, there is something for everybody!

Jointly owned by co-directors Georgia Turner, Louisa Garling and Michelle Williams, GLM Dance Studio officially launched in 2016 and became the next chapter for a long-established Hornsby Shire dance school, Eileen Phillips Dance Academy. As loyal dancers and teachers taught under Eileen, when her retirement was announced at the end of 2015, it became the priority of Georgia, Louisa and Michelle to ensure that the Academy’s reputation as a fun, family-friendly dance school was maintained for the Hornsby community. With the launch of GLM, it was the aim of the inspired GLM directors to carry forth Eileen’s legacy whilst giving the dance school a fresh transformation. GLM was thrilled to introduce the Eileen Grant Award in 2022, honouring the legacy of the inspiring teacher.

Since 2016, GLM has established a thriving reputation in its own right, delivering excellent programs for students and families and nurturing the vibrant and positive culture the studio is known for. GLM has expanded the orperations of the school, offering classes in Hip Hop, Contemporary and Musical Theatre, as well as launching a Performance Troupe, additional preschooler and adult classes in just 6 short years of operating. The Studio's excellence was recognised as 2018 winners of the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Local Business Awards Performing Arts category, and finalists in both these and the Small Business Champion Awards each year subsequent.
