Meet Sarah

Sarah has been dancing since age 4, starting with Ballet and then going on to complete the BAL Jazz grades. As her first love, Sarah returned to ballet at age 13 and has never looked back. Sarah has enjoyed training in many additional styles over the years including Tap, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Musical Theatre.

Outside of the Studio, History is one of Sarah’s great passions. Sarah has completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Modern History, and continued her academic pathway by obtaining a Master of Research in the same field. Combining her passion for history and love of teaching, Sarah has commenced a Master of Teaching in 2024 in hopes of becoming a high school teacher. Sarah also loves to read, watch movies, and spend time with her big family, in particular, her young niece and nephews.

Sarah enjoys teaching at GLM as it allows her to pass her love of dance on to others, just as her teachers did for her. Sarah is especially drawn to the GLM philosophy that anyone can dance and loves that the Studio exists to provide an encouraging, inclusive environment that helps children become skilled, happy dancers.
